Growing up, everyone had at least one food they couldn't get enough of. Maybe it was a special dessert, a fancy cheese, or something that instantly made your mouth water at the thought of it. And if you only got to have it once in a while, savoring every bite was key.

I recently stumbled across a Reddit thread where people shared food items they once considered "luxuries" and later became staples in their homes. Here's what you'll find in their kitchens:

1."Freshly roasted coffee beans."
