Oklahoma City firefighters responded to a recent call for help from Oklahoma City Animal Welfare after a dog became trapped inside the city's storm drain system near NW 17th Street.
Crews removed several storm drain grates and entered the underground network to search for the animal.
After locating the dog, firefighters worked with Animal Welfare officials to safely bring it out of the storm drain.
