The Heisman Trophy pose, made famous by Desmond Howard and others who have gone on to win the prestigious college football award, is a classic one in the football world. If you've watched college football, you should be able to do it. Adams, though, doesn't appear to know what she is doing.
Adams is going viral on social media for her extremely lame Heisman Trophy pose. Thankfully, she admits that she doesn't know what she's doing.

Fans are ripping Adams for her lack of ability to do the Heisman Trophy pose.
"Relax. You know who else had the ball in his right hand when doing the Heisman pose...Desmond Howard in 1991. The most famous Heisman pose in history, was technically incorrect," one fan wrote.
