An infant in Arizona might have a successful future in gambling after being born in the parking lot of a casino.
Little Noa Felix of Chandler came into the world at Gila River Resorts & Casinos – SanTan Mountain on July 13 after her mother, Regena, went to the hospital –.but was sent home after being told her labor hadn’t progressed enough, Fox 10 reported.
“I definitely feel like they should listen to women more. Because I asked her, ‘Well, what am I supposed to do? Go home and just be in pain? You see what I’m going through right now and you’re sending me home,'” Regena told the outlet.

The mom of four’s water broke minutes later — in the car on the way home from the hospital.
That led her husband, Frankie, to find the nearest well-lit spot he could, which happened to be the lot of the largest casino sportsbook in the state.
The quick-thinking dad delivered the baby in the front seat of his new SUV, but things took a scary turn when the couple realized Noa’s umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck and she had turned blue.
The fearless father sprung into action, and untangled the cord from Noa’s neck.
His fatherly instincts must have kicked in, because he admits he didn’t know what he was doing in the moment.
“I didn’t, I really didn’t,” Frankie, wearing a shirt that said “Army,” told the outlet.
“Not enough military training in the world prepared me to deliver a baby, and I just did.”
The family’s pediatrician was also “very shocked that we delivered her in the car and he gave us praise on how well we did under the circumstances,” Regena added.
