Jennifer Love Hewitt has a fresh look!
In a video shared to Instagram on Thursday, July 16, the actress, 47, fluffs her new light blonde locks before making a heart with her hands. The medium-length haircut features long curtain bangs that frame her face.
“Season 10 hair ready! Let’s go!” she wrote in the caption, referring to her ABC procedural drama 9-1-1. On the series, Hewitt plays 911 dispatcher Maddie Buckley.
Fans are loving the star’s transformation and showing their excitement for the upcoming season.
“We are so back. 😍,” one wrote in the comment section.
“MADDIE IS GONNA SERVE IN SEASON 10 OMG,” wrote another.

Hewitt previously had a strawberry blonde hair color, explaining that she likes to mix things up when she’s off-screen.
“We always do a hair change for hiatus!” she wrote in an Instagram post shared in April. “I loved time with my girls and this new look.”
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in February, Hewitt shared that she would love to see Jamie Lee Curtis guest star on 9-1-1 — and she even has a story in mind for the Hollywood icon.
“My dream would be Jamie Lee Curtis,” she said, adding, “I love her so much, and I have always had this secret storyline in the back of my mind that I think she would be incredible for, which I can’t say what it is, but I would love to make that happen.”

Hewitt and Curtis previously worked together on the 1996 comedy House Arrest. In the movie, a group of kids who want to prevent their parents from divorcing hatch a plan to lock the adults in the basement until they figure out their relationship problems.
The actresses have remained pals ever since, with Curtis, 67, praising the I Know What You Did Last Summer star’s interview with New York Magazine on Instagram in July 2025. “My friend @jenniferlovehewitt takes my breath away!” she wrote alongside several quotes and photos from Hewitt’s interview.
