I tried the new Our Place cookware set, and now I use it every day (it's that good!)

It comes in five gorgeous colors.

My egg pan is one of the most important (and most used) pieces of cookware in my kitchen. I make eggs every morning with my 8.5-inch egg pan from Our Place. So when I heard that Our Place introduced an even smaller pan (and pot) with its Tiny Cookware Duo, I was intrigued but also wasn't sure how useful an even smaller set of cookware would be. But I've been loving this new addition to my kitchen way more than I thought I would.

Our Place's Tiny Cookware Duo Contains My Perfect Egg Pan

Our Place is known for its stunning, forever-chemical-free (aka PFAS) nonstick cookware. I've been cooking with the brand's mini Perfect Pot and Always Pan for the last four years. Since then, I've also fallen in love with Our Place's seriously game-changing air fryer toaster oven, the Wonder Oven Pro, as well as its adorable Rice Cooker, and versatile Titanium Always Pan Pro (as well as the mini). Oh, and did I mention the brand makes great kitchen towels, too?

In May, Our Place dropped the Tiny Cookware Duo, which features the Tiny Perfect Pot, Tiny Always Pan, and, the coolest feature in my opinion, a lid that works with both. They are 5.5-inch diameter, and the pot has a 1-quart capacity while the pan has a 0.4-quart capacity. This set is available in five stunning shades for $125 on Our Place's website.

My Honest Review of Our Place's Tiny Cookware Duo

Despite the fact that I love Our Place, I was skeptical about this duo. Do I really need a 5.5-inch pan? Won't that be too small for anything other than one egg? I wondered. I'm happy to report that this cookware really is amazing, and it holds more than I originally anticipated.

The Tiny Always Pan also surprised me. It neatly fits two eggs, my morning breakfast, which just enough room for crumbled feta. I cracked two eggs into the pan, sprinkled the cheese around and a pinch of salt, and covered it with the lid until there was a thin white layer covering the yolks (think: over-easy eggs without the flipping). The eggs slid right out of the pan - no cooking spray required.

The lid made it so much easier to cook these eggs than when I've used nonstick frying pans in the past (usually they don't come with lids, which means I'm reaching for foil or an oversized lid from a different piece of cookware to make do).

The pan has quickly become a go-to in my kitchen, and I can't wait to use it for other things like searing filet mignon, making fluffy little Japanese soufflé pancakes, or blistering a handful of cherry tomatoes to accompany my eggs.

The Tiny Perfect Pot was, well, perfect for warming a 6.7-ounce jar of Sauz's Lemon Pepper Pesto (my new favorite pasta sauce). I love it for warming canned sauces, soups, and vegetables without dirtying a big pot. Plus, I want to try making a single serving of savory oatmeal (my lunchtime go-to) in it next.
