Home Grown and Allister are joining forces for a pair of shows in SoCal early next year.
Revealed today, both bands will appear at the Observatory North Park in San Diego on January 15 and El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles on January 16.
Both Drive-Thru Records alumni bands will be celebrating 25th anniversaries of their respective albums. Allister will celebrate the anniversary of Last Stop Suburbia, which landed them on tours with Fall Out Boy, American Hi-Fi, Home Grown, and The Early November. The record would go on to sell 80,000 copies.
Home Grown will have much more than some anniversary shows planned for Kings of Pop. The band recently announced the beloved album will get a vinyl release via Drive-Thru Records. The vinyl will go on sale this Friday (July 24) at 11 a.m. EST/8 a.m. PST here. A special variant will be on sale at future Home Grown shows.
Tickets for both San Diego and Los Angeles shows will go on sale to the general public this Friday at 10 a.m. PST here.
