The refined and exquisite taste is evident in every corner of the Giorgio Armani Residences, a twelve-story building with ten apartments that Armani himself designed in collaboration with CookFox Architects, and with the brand's boutique on the ground floor. This masterpiece completed in 2023 is located at 760 Madison Avenue, in the heart of the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Following his passing in September 2025 at the age of 91, the designer left instructions in his will for his heirs on what to do with the brand and his vast estate. One of those steps has been to put Armani's residence in the Big Apple up for sale, located on the sixth floor of the building, with an area of 186 square meters and for 8.7 million euros.

Interestingly, Armani never lived in this pied-à-terre, but his intention was to do so soon. However, for years he did enjoy the full-floor penthouse he owned at 91 Central Park West, with 280 square meters, stained glass windows, and over 150 square meters of terraces with privileged views of the iconic green lung of the Big Apple.

The brand-new residence is accessed via a semi-private elevator opening to a gallery-like lobby with limestone floors. The living room has a surface area of 46 square meters, custom-made white oak parquet flooring, neutral-toned walls, and nearly 2.5-meter-high windows.

The dining area connects to a spacious corner kitchen with minimalist custom-made white oak cabinets by the Italian brand Molteni, matte stone countertops, and integrated Gaggenau appliances. The round table for four offers unobstructed views of the commercial area.

In a separate wing, the night area features two bedrooms with their respective bathrooms. The master suite includes a large walk-in closet and a bathroom clad in Brazilian Acqua quartz, underfloor heating with double sink, a glass-enclosed shower, and a generously sized bathtub. The other bedroom is slightly smaller but with exquisite taste, showcasing a predominance of neutral and cozy tones. A guest bathroom is available for visitors.

Residents of the building have access to various services and common areas such as a library furnished with Armani pieces leading to a spacious landscaped terrace, a gym, pet grooming service, a beauty treatment room with a spa, a zen tea lounge with service from Armani Ristorante. All for a monthly community fee of 5,800 euros.
