Every week we pass along real-life posts from some of your daytime favorites and though a very special outing took place last month, we couldn't resist sharing this "TV family meets real family" moment. General Hospital's Ryan Paevey (Cassius, ex-Nathan) took a trip to Vegas in June and met up with his castmate Gary James Fuller, who plays James - Cassius' nephew and Nathan's son.
"TV family meets real family," Fuller alerted on his official Instagram then stated, "Had such a fun night hanging out with Ryan while he was visiting Vegas! One of my favorite things about being on TV is getting to meet amazing people and then getting to share them with the people I love most. I've learned that sometimes the friendships you make along the way end up feeling a lot like family too."
After thanking Paevey for "such a fun night," and expressing how he couldn't "wait to do it again," Peavey replied, "Great hanging with ya man! Take it easy on two wheels, trust me, I know." This interaction led to a conversation between the stars in the comments of the post, as Fuller added, "I'm definitely not planning any more ER visits any time soon." Paevey then expressed how much that would make the boy's mom happy and urged him to "take it easy and rest… and then head west for those surf lessons," to which Fuller replied, "Absolutely! I can't wait!"
And a fan even got into the mix when Maria De Ciccio asked Paevey, "Oh is this when James finds out you're not his dad… just kidding you're great with kids uncle Ryan." Paevey jumped back into the comments to reply, "No, this is when James finds out I used to be in a Guitar Hero band because I'm a nerd."
