WARNING! THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS ABOUT GENERAL HOSPITAL!The preview for the Wednesday, July 22 episode of General Hospital was jam-packed with exciting developments, including probing questions and a dire warning. On the July 21 episode of General Hospital, Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) got her job back at General Hospital, with a six-month probationary period. Meanwhile, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) developed a crush on Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and clashed with her mother, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) about living with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), accusing her of wanting to keep her away from her father, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) returned to work at the PCPD, shadowing Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) before resuming her position as police commissioner. Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) later informed Anna that all of the evidence from Cullum's (Andrew Hawkes) shooting was gone. Finally, Brick (Stephen A. Smith) gave Carly a flash drive full of evidence against Valentin in case she ever needed to use it against him. Carly later told Valentin that she'd turned down Brick's offer to inform her about all of Valentin's crimes, but she didn't tell him about the flash drive.
General Hospital Characters Are Full Of Questions
In the preview for the next episode of General Hospital, airing on July 22, many of the characters had questions for each other. As Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) prepared to bring their newborn son home from the hospital, he asked her, because it was the baby's first night home, if maybe he could stay too.
Lulu was then shown telling Dante that she knew what she had to do, but she was just not sure that she could do it. Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) was then seen asking Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) if she was having any regrets about something. Anna was then shown telling Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) that he seemed certain about something, and asked why.
General Hospital's Carly Has A Dire Warning For Valentin
The General Hospital preview also revealed that Carly had a dire warning for Valentin. Brennan is searching for a black box filled with evidence that will bring down Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). He's unaware that Valentin is in possession of the box. Carly asked Valentin what was to stop Brennan from killing him the second he got the box.
General Hospital has been heating up this summer, and, with so much conflict about to explode, the next episode is certain to be thrilling. It'll be interesting to see if Portia agrees to let Curtis stay the night with her and the baby because their relationship has been so strained. Also, Carly raised an important question for Valentin to consider, especially because he and Brennan have been at each other's throats for so long. These beloved characters, riveting storylines, and so many other jaw-dropping developments are what make General Hospital so fresh even after over 16,000 episodes.
