Isabel Klee is a household name in foster pet circles. The animal advocate often takes in dogs with major physical and emotional challenges to foster and help find their forever home. Klee's beloved dog, Simon, takes his role as fur baby big brother seriously and is always there to support his mom and show compassion to any new canine staying with them.
Simon has been dealing with several health issues for quite some time, yet always shows his loving spirit and generous heart to those around him. Klee's most recent foster dog, Fluffy, wanted to give Simon some of that same kindness in return.
In the TikTok from @simonsits, Fluffy was outside with Simon enjoying some fresh air. Simon was lying down on the terrace while Fluffy stood right by him and gave him some gentle sniffs. Klee pointed out Simon's easygoing nature whenever she brings home a foster.
"We could all learn from the kindness and patience my dog has for a foster pulled from the shelter 30 minutes earlier," the on-screen text shared, with the caption adding, "He has taught me more than he will ever know."
In a previous post, Klee explained that Fluffy is staying with them for a short period of time before her friend takes over as foster parent. Simon showed pure sweetness ever since Fluffy arrived, and the little canine cutie seemed to know that Simon needed some extra loving care of his own.
Fluffy sat right by Simon in an almost protective stance and gently covered him with kisses. When they were back inside, Fluffy put his head on top of Simon as he rested, trying to show him that he wasn't alone. Fluffy never left Simon's side.
What Kind of Illness Does Simon Have?
Klee previously shared that Simon has idiopathic epilepsy, a neurological condition that manifests through recurrent seizures. No specific cause for the disorder has been discovered. Anti-seizure drugs, or anti-epileptic drugs, are prescribed to manage seizures.

Klee revealed in May that a tumor on Simon's liver was diagnosed as cancer. She is focused on giving Simon the best quality of life possible as he battles these health issues and continues to foster other dogs in need.
Klee and Simon have been together for 7 years ever since she rescued him from the meat trade. Simon has been a comfort to every rescue dog Klee brings home, and now it looks like Fluffy is giving him some of the love he's shown to others.
Klee's memoir, Dogs, Boys, and Other Things I've Cried About, was released on April 28.
