  • The company said 1350 Broadway is now 100% leased, following 12 new leases and tenant expansion deals over the past 12 months.
  • EVP and CRO Ryan Kass said 100% occupancy at 111 W. 33rd Street and 1350 Broadway reflects strong demand for Manhattan office space in New York City.
