Langley has made huge achievements with her music, as she’s won the Academy of Country Music’s award for female artist of the year in May. Along with that, her single has passed Brandy & Monica’s “The Boy Is Mine” with 13 weeks, Destiny’s Child’s “Independent Women Part 1” and Tony Braxton’s “Un-Break My Heart,” which were both 11 weeks.

“Choosin’ Texas” has also reached 24 million official streams and 51 million radio airplay audience impressions, with 7,000 copies sold in the U.S. for the week of July 10 through the 16.

But “Choosin’ Texas,” while breaking records, isn’t the only thing making waves. Langley broke into the country music scene nearly a decade ago with her debut studio album, Hungover, in 2024. Some of her immediate hits include “You Look Like You Love Me” and “Weren’t for the Wind.”

Here most recent release, “Dandelion,” debuted at No. 1 on the charts after releasing in April, so it’s clear that this is only the beginning for the country artist.
