“This illegal alien who assaulted a teenager has no business being in our country,” DHS wrote in a statement on X, dubbing her a “maple leaf menace.”

“She is now in [ICE] custody pending REMOVAL from our nation,” the agency’s statement concludes.

Here’s the latest on the Canadian woman detained by ICE after assaulting Jersey Shore teen wearing MAGA apparel:

DHS also shared a widely circulating clip showing the incident, in which Tracey appears to be seen approaching a younger-looking woman wearing a “USA 250” tank top and delivering two rapid-fire blows to her body and head.

Tracey lives in Asbury Park with her Trump-hating American husband, Matthew Geroni, who has been clamoring to have her released from the now-infamous detention facility that became the site of violent clashes between cops and anti-ICE protesters in recent weeks.

How Mamdani’s minions failed New York in deadly Legionnaires’ outbreak

Last year, soon after a Legionnaires’ disease outbreak in Harlem infected 118 New Yorkers and claimed seven lives, the City Council took action. We voted to triple the frequency of required testing for Legionella in building cooling towers, increasing it from quarterly to monthly, because we believed that this city owes New Yorkers better protection. Less than a year later, another outbreak has swept through Manhattan’s densely populated Upper...

California beach dubbed one of nation’s dirtiest — with state’s highest bacteria levels

It has a real poo-nami. Those seeking fun in the sun might want to steer clear of Imperial Beach — the working class SoCal enclave was one of the most bacteria-ridden beaches in the US, per a study by the Surfrider Foundation. Imperial beach placed fourth nationally, with bacteria levels exceeding state health standards in 89% of samples collected over the last year. As of July 21, the stretch of sand remains closed to swimmers and bathers “due...

Los Angeles ticket scalpers jump on 'The Odyssey' hysteria to make fast cash

Los Angeles ticket scalpers are seeing more than a mythical journey in their future with Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey.” They’re seeing dollar signs. Multiple IMAX 70MM tickets were seen by The California Post on resale marketplaces well above the normal price for theater tickets. Most of the listings were for the only AMC theater in the area showing IMAX 70MM — Universal CityWalk. One ticket package on eBay was priced at $1,299 for four...

Noncitizens voted in NJ, so naturally Mikie Sherrill condemns Donald Trump

Ouch: That thing that never happens, noncitizens voting in US elections, happened several hundred times in New Jersey these last few years — that we know of. Gov. Mike Sherrill announced Tuesday that a glitch had registered roughly 6,600 noncitizens to vote between June 2023 and June 2024, and that nearly 400 of them had indeed voted. That’s not quite the 35,000 Garden State noncitizen registered voters that President Donald Trump pointed to...

Judge raises concerns over evidence in Reflecting Pool vandalism case

A D.C. judge has lambasted Donald Trump’s Justice Department goons over their efforts to blame someone else for the mess his administration has made of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Justice Todd E. Edelman, an Obama appointee, warned U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro, 75, on Monday that the Trump administration is “operating at its own peril” in the way it has handled its case against David Hearn, 67, a former...

Watch: Scott Jennings takes apart CNN anchor suggesting anti-ICE firebombing is ICE's fault, leaves her with literally nothing to say

Monday's attack on a federal building in New York City sparked a conversation on CNN's "News Night" with the host strangely suggesting Immigration and Customs Enforcement was to blame for the attack. On Monday, 43-year-old Andrew Arrabaca of Poughkeepsie, New York, was arrested in connection with a gas fire. Police alleged he started it at the entrance of building used not only by ICE, but also the FBI and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration...
