CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. CRWD and Cerebras Systems Inc. CBRS announced a strategic partnership Wednesday to strengthen artificial intelligence-powered cybersecurity.

Under the agreement, CrowdStrike will use Cerebras’ AI inference technology to power Falcon AI Detection and Response (AIDR). In return, Cerebras will standardize on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform to secure its own business.

The companies said the partnership combines high-speed AI inference with AI-native cybersecurity for enterprises deploying AI at scale.

AI Speed Drives Real-Time Threat Detection

The companies said AI is reshaping cybersecurity. Attacks are becoming faster, more targeted and harder to detect. As a result, security teams need AI models that can analyze threats and respond in real time. Faster inference can help stop attacks before they spread across systems.

“Inference is where AI creates value, and cybersecurity is one of the clearest examples of where speed matters most,” said Naor Penso, CISO, Cerebras.

“Security cannot wait in the queue for slow AI while an attack unfolds. Every millisecond matters. It determines whether AI prevents an attack or explains what happened afterward. CrowdStrike built the industry’s leading cybersecurity platform, and Cerebras delivers the world’s fastest inference. Together, we enable real-time AI security to stay ahead of today’s threats.”

CrowdStrike Expands AI Security Platform

CrowdStrike said the partnership strengthens its AI Detection and Response platform. The offering is designed to protect AI across data, models, agents and identities. Meanwhile, Cerebras’ decision to adopt the Falcon platform highlights rising cybersecurity demand among companies building AI infrastructure.

“If you want to build AI, you need the fastest compute. If you want to secure AI, you need CrowdStrike. By running Falcon AIDR models on Cerebras, we put the world’s best security AI on the world’s fastest inference. Fast, secure AI drives rapid adoption,” said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike.

“Cerebras is one of the most important names in AI compute, and they’ve standardized on the Falcon platform to secure their own innovation. The companies building the future of AI are choosing CrowdStrike to protect it.”

Cerebras said its AI infrastructure supports corporations, research institutes and governments. The company offers its platform through both on-premises and cloud deployments.

Price Action: CrowdStrike Holdings shares were down 1.91% at $187.50 and Cerebras Systems shares were up 2.60% at $214.00 at the time of publication on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
