College Football 27: Best Facility Equipment in Dynasty

Upgrade your facility in College Football 27's Dynasty with the equipment that provides the best passive buffs money can buy!

In College Football 27, you need to invest in Facility Equipment to get passive buffs. While these buffs are not lucrative enough to chase season by season, they will increase your facility grade in the AD objectives or help you meet the Dealbreaker for some roster players or prospects.

When you have to spend your Dynasty Points on Facility Equipment, it's best that you see the Facility Equipment that we'd recommend purchasing first, and why they'd benefit you over the rest.

Best Facility Equipment to Get in College Football 27

  1. Heart Rate Vests
  2. Hyperbaric Chambers
  3. Sports Science Lab
  4. Private Chef

Heart Rate Vests and Hyperbaric Chambers are the two most beneficial pieces of Facility Equipment. You are going to buy them again in different seasons. Why? Because they have a lifespan. The facility equipment is not like Support Staff. These are limited passive buffs that will expire after certain weeks. That's why buying facility equipment is the only action that is available at almost every stage of a season.

Now, going back to Heart Rate Vests, the equipment reduces the amount of wear and tear that players absorb while training or playing a game. Wear and tear is the most important factor that puts a player at risk of injury. A high grade of wear and tear will force you to reduce the practice plans applied to a player, or you may even give them a week off.

  • Heart Rate Vests (Platinum): Costs 600 points and reduces Wear and Tear by 50%.
  • Misting Fans (Gold): Costs 400 points and reduces Wear and Tear by 40%.
  • Hydration Station (Silver): Costs 225 points and reduces Wear and Tear by 30%.
  • Ice Plunge (Bronze): Costs 75 points and reduces Wear and Tear by 15%.

The best time to buy any of the equipment above is usually mid-season. Buying one earlier in the season is not a bad idea either, but getting them later in the season or during playoffs is not recommended. That's the time when you need an injury chance reduction buff rather than wear and tear reduction.

You get an item to reduce wear and tear to delay the injuries. When you are in the final stages of a season, your players have already absorbed enough wear and tear, so reducing the incoming amount doesn't do much here.

Purchasing either wear-and-tear reduction or injury-reduction buffs during the offseason and preseason is also completely unnecessary. At those times, your team plays no matches, and it's not worth it to buy these items just to reduce the effects of practicing.

Hyperbaric Chamber and its descendant equipment are the best for the latter half of the season or when one of your key players has a high rate of wear and tear, and you don't want them to get injured. This is when buying both the Hyperbaric Chamber and Heart Rate Vests simultaneously could help a lot with keeping the key players on the field.

  • Hyperbaric Chamber (Platinum): Costs 600 points and reduces injury chance by 50%.
  • Antigravity Treadmill (Gold): Costs 400 points and reduces injury chance by 40%.
  • Massage Chairs (Silver): Costs 225 points and reduce injury chance by 30%.
  • Training Table (Bronze): Costs 75 points and reduces injury chance by 15%.

Sports Science Lab is the next best thing to max out your facility grade within the current tier. With this equipment, you will receive progression points towards the highest facility grade in exchange for the Dynasty Points you pay. This is a one-time purchase, and you can only have one tier of it. You can get the Platinum and the Gold version of the same buff to gain more progression. This is indeed a rule that applies to all facility equipment.

The other equipment options are a little situational. The Private Chef and its descendants reduce the amount of Season Health usage. This is good equipment to get only when you are dealing with a lot of injuries in your current season or a high rate of wear and tear.

  • Private Chef (Platinum): Costs 600 points and reduces Season Health usage by 50%.
  • Nutritionist (Gold): Costs 400 points and reduces Season Health usage by 40%.
  • Smoothie Bar (Silver): Costs 225 points and reduces Season Health usage by 30%.
  • Organic Fruits (Bronze): Costs 75 points and reduces Season Health usage by 15%.

We recommend staying away from On-Demand Repairs, because it's not exactly clear as to what it does. We've tested this upgrade, and while it's supposed to increase the lifespan of facility equipment through longevity, it doesn't seem to do anything.
