But there’s a catch!
While we love the chicken chain, Chick-fil-A has an unfortunate habit of discontinuing items that its customers love. There was the chicken salad sandwich, the Cinnamon Clusters, the coleslaw, and the spicy Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips. While we will likely be trying to recreate the chain’s perfect chicken salad for the rest our days, the Spicy Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips are making a comeback. Sort of.
The fan-favorite spicy, crunchy chicken strips are being tested in two locations for a limited amount of time, according to a new update from the Hapeville, Georgia-based company. The spicy strips are being brought back to two locations in Georgia from July 20 through September 12. Specifically, the Sandy Springs and Sprayberry locations, so if you’re in the neighborhood or driving through, take the opportunity to taste those spicy strips one more time.
The menu item was previously available in a variety of test markets, but was sadly removed from the menu back in 2023. Its fans have long memories, though, and haven’t stopped hoping the chain will bring them back. Now, it looks like Chick-fil-A is considering it. For those who make it to the test sites in Georgia, the tenders are seasoned with a spicy blend of peppers, freshly breaded and fried, and then served with a dipping sauce of your choice. They can be ordered in a three-, four-, or 10-count entrée and included as part of a meal.
If you don’t happen to be in the Greater Atlanta area, a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with a side of fries and a big glass of Sunjoy will have to make do. Then hopefully Chick-fil-A will bring those Spicy Chick-n Strips to every location soon.
