Beyoncé did it again. The global superstar once again proved why she's one of fashion's biggest trendsetters. While attending the 2026 FIFA World Cup final in New Jersey with her husband, Jay-Z, she made a stylish case for the capri trend, showing that the controversial silhouette isn't going anywhere and is set to carry right into fall 2026.
The "Texas Hold 'Em" singer wore a sheer white lace capri jumpsuit by LaQuan Smith, layered under an off-white belted trench coat. She finished the look with white patent leather ankle-strap pumps by Amina Muaddi.
To complete her look, Beyoncé accessorized with Prada sunglasses, oversized gold earrings and a small white handbag, while her voluminous curls added to the glamorous finish. She and Jay-Z watched the historic final match in which Spain defeated Argentina 1-0 after extra time on Sunday, July 19th.
Bey supports Jay-Z
Beyoncé's appearance at the World Cup final came after she appeared on stage with her husband for a rendition of his 1996 hit Can't Knock the Hustle during his recent three-night run at Yankee Stadium, New York.
Queen Bey, 44, stepped in to perform the hook as the original singer Mary J. Blige was busy performing her own residency in Las Vegas.
Blue Ivy: Rising Star
During Jay-Z's recent shows, the couple's daughter Blue Ivy, 14, played piano during a performance of his 1996 song Feelin' It.
Asked about his highlight of the residency, Jay-Z – who also has nine-year-old twins Sir and Rumi with Beyoncé revealed it was the moment with his eldest daughter. He told People, "You said it. That ain't even a question."
Blue Ivy, who has already won a Grammy Award and broken two Guinness World Records, previously served as a backup dancer for Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Tour last year.
'Not motivated by money'
Beyoncé's father Mathew Knowles suggested earlier this year that the pop star is "not motivated by money" after she was named as a billionaire by Forbes magazine, following in the footsteps of her husband Jay-Z.
He told New York Post column PageSix, "She’s not motivated [by] money...I’ve never heard Beyoncé ever talk about money…It’s always been: 'How can I make my fans happy? How can I be the best at what I’m doing?' Her money came with the success, but that has never been a goal of hers. And I love that about her."
Knowles went on to add that he congratulated his daughter when she was named on Forbes' rich list, but added, "That’s just not Beyoncé. That’s not who she is. She’s motivated by being the very best. She’s motivated by making her fans happy and ...giving back to the community as well."
