Restore the Treasure Dealer Building in Great Inagua
To get the legendary Shade and Shadow Robes outfit in AC Black Flag Resynced, players will need to complete a bunch of tasks, starting with restoring the Treasure Dealer building in Great Inagua. If you've already restored this vendor, feel free to skip to the next section.
Players will unlock Great Inagua as a base at the start of Sequence 4 during the main quest, "The Old Cove."
Players who haven't spent time upgrading their main pirate base in Great Inagua won't see the Treasure Dealer vendor on the map. To unlock the Treasure Dealer, you'll first need to restore the Tavern and General Store (I've marked both on the map above).
Once you've done that, head west on the docks to encounter a new NPC. You'll need to invest 5000 Reales to restore the Treasure Dealer building.
How to Restore the Preserved Map in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced
Treasure Dealer is the vendor that can lead players to finding the Shade and Shadow Robes outfit in AC Black Flag Resynced. Interact with the NPC, and you'll see the Preserved Map under the Restore section. Players will need to find four different pieces of the Preserved Map to complete it, which will eventually lead them to the legendary outfit.
How to Find Preserved Map Pieces
To get the pieces for the Preserved Map in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, you'll need to specifically target and plunder "Warehouses." Players can find Warehouses on different islands, and you can use the "Legend" feature on the map to track them.
If you're targeting a Warehouse you haven't previously plundered, you won't get a Preserved Map piece on the first raid. Once you raid it a second time (after the 2-hour cooldown), the Preserved Map piece will be added to its loot pool.
You can start with the Cat Island warehouse first, as players have already plundered it during the Sugarcane and Yields quest. Completing this warehouse activity will guarantee a Preserved Map piece.
How to Get Tobacco in AC Black Flag Resynced
Once you've retrieved all the Preserved Map pieces, you'll additionally require 500x Reales and 150x Tobacco to restore the map fully. While the requirement for Reales isn't that big, you'll need to get into some naval battles to gather tobacco, as it's considered a Trade Good.
Here are some of the best regions where you can combat ships carrying tobacco, loot plantations, battle Naval Convoys, and send Kenway's fleet on missions.
- The Navassa Region in the South.
- The Punta Guarico Region in the Southeast.
- Cruz Region in the Southwest.
Make sure to first scan a ship using Spyglass to confirm whether it's carrying tobacco or not. If it is, go ahead and start the naval combat encounter.
Sacrifice Island Treasure Map Solution in AC Black Flag Resynced (Shade and Shadow Robes Outfit)
Once you've successfully restored the Preserved Map, it'll turn into the Sacrifice Island treasure map that will lead players to the legendary outfit Shade and Shadow Robes in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. The resulting treasure map will point to the coordinates 13, 554.
Now, players will need to make way for the Sacrifice Island in the Conttoyor region, located at the western edge of the map.
Once you're on the island, head to the northwestern tip (marked in the image above) to come across a large boulder arch. You'll find the digging location right under the archway and will get the legendary outfit Shade and Shadow Robes in AC Black Flag Resynced. Additionally, players will also get the Wooden Eyeball legendary trinket, which lets Edward kill brutes instantly while quick shooting.
