August 15 through Nike SNKRS and a short list of Tier Zero boutiques. Bin 23 pairs do not reach Foot Locker or Finish Line, so raffles are the realistic route.

What Is the Bin 23 Series?
Jordan Brand's luxury line, first run in 2010 and 2011 across the Air Jordan 2, 5, 7, 9 and 13. It sat dormant for 15 years before returning this February.
2026 has been the revival year. The 6 opened it at All-Star Weekend, the 3 followed in June, this 8 is next, and a 4 closes the year on December 26. The 8 has never had one before.
Should You Buy the Air Jordan 8 PRM 'Bin 23' (2026)?
I don't love this one as much as the AJ6 Bin 23 that released in 2026. That all-black look with the red wax stamp on the back was quietly one of the best releases of the year. That said, like this one, they wanted blood and effort to cop it, so it is not a part of my collection.
If you want a premium 8 without the raffle, the Tinker Air Raid is the calmer play.
