Nearly a week later than originally scheduled, Southern fried chicken chain Bojangles has opened its first ever Arizona location in Gilbert.
The new restaurant opened its doors at 5 a.m. on July 20. The first 100 customers in line on Monday morning received $100 gift cards.
The Gilbert location includes a "biscuit theater" allowing guests to watch their biscuits be made in real time.
