CLEVELAND, Ohio — It’s been called one of Ohio City’s “most beloved traditions” and it’s back for another round. Ohio City Inc. has again joined forces with culinary partners for “Evening in Ohio City,” a home tour and tasting event. The 2026 edition happens on Saturday, Aug. 29 at 6:00 PM at Hingetown Park in Ohio City.
“Evening in Ohio City” is a long-standing opportunity (32nd annual, pandemic notwithstanding) to step inside the neighborhood’s most unique homes – all while enjoying the culture and history that makes it one of Cleveland’s best-known communities.
Guests will glean an insider’s perspective, architectural and historical facts and more as they travel by trolley to featured homes while enjoying chef-crafted small plates from Amba, Cent’s Pizza, Jaja, Larder, ROSY, SOHO Chicken + Whiskey and more.
Local craft beer and curated wine pairings will complement each stop.
A Welcome Party at Hingetown Park in Ohio City kicks things off. Guests can soak up the gallery at Transformer Station, tour the Historic Ohio City Firehouse and enjoy “light refreshments” before boarding their trolley.
Attendees will return to Hingetown Park in Ohio City for a closing social to cap off the tour.
Event Schedule:
• 6:00 PM – Arrival & Social
• 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM – Home Tours
• 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM – Final Tour & Closing Social
