Strength and the pursuit of greater power are central themes of Jujutsu Kaisen, and Sukuna currently resides at the pinnacle. His strength is so great that it bleeds over to other series in power scaling debates, and many believe that these select anime villains would, unfortunately, lose to Sukuna in a proper battle.

Father Would Get Demolished Quite Easily

Father was the ultimate antagonist of the Fullmetal Alchemist franchise and the true mastermind behind the scenes. As a centuries-old alchemist, he was a master of alchemy due to his nature as a living, sentient Philosopher's Stone who had the ability to manipulate matter at an atomic level, which he could use to create mini-suns or heal immediately.

Upon opening Malevolent Shrine, Sukuna would send innumerable slashes to Father that would easily and quickly exhaust Father's regeneration, placing the King of Curses as the victor.

Muzan Kibutsuji is the ultimate antagonist of the Demon Slayer universe and is one of the strongest characters in the world by the end of the franchise. Because of his ability to create demons with his blood and let out massive tendrils from his body that could easily cleave a person into two pieces, he proved to be the scariest villain that the heroes had to face.

However, fighting against him would be a walk in the park for Sukuna. The main reason why it was so hard for the Demon Slayer Corps to kill the villain was due to his seven hearts and five brains that he could move at will around his body, ensuring that he could survive a potential beheading. However, if Sukuna used Malevolent Shrine or Furnace, Muzan would be turned to mush, and all of his special abilities would be thrown to the wayside, proving just how strong the King of Curses truly is.

Blackbeard Would Have a Rough Time Against Sukuna

Blackbeard is one of the most terrifying and conniving antagonists in the entire One Piece story, and his overall presence within the series is made all the more deadly due to his unique power to use multiple Devil Fruits at once, making him the only known person capable of doing so.

However, the real danger of Blackbeard's lies in how smart and cunning he is, as he always seeks to end a fight through underhanded means rather than fighting head-on. Since his Logia Devil Fruit ensures that he takes even more damage than normal due to its nature, Sukuna may just be able to end the fight immediately with a single slash or Furnace attack.

Makima Would Be Sukuna's Toughest Battle So Far

Makima is the Control Devil and is one of Chainsaw Man's most dangerous beings. Her presence within the story is made all the more terrifying because of her contract with the Prime Minister of Japan, granting her a sort of pseudo-immortality by inflicting the fatal damage she may receive onto a random citizen of Japan instead.

In that way, it would be extremely difficult for Sukuna to kill her for good, but he does hold the power to do so through his Malevolent Shrine and Furnace abilities. In the Chainsaw Man series, Denji was able to kill Makima by getting around the words of the Prime Minister Contract itself, so it's not impossible to assume that Sukuna, with his genius-level intellect, would be able to somehow do the same.
