The Las Vegas Raiders have improved their roster throughout free agency and the NFL draft. With the Maxx Crosby trade not going through as well, it leaves open the chance the Raiders could see an improvement in their overall record.
Of course, with the seventh-toughest schedule in the league, the three AFC West teams will make it tougher. The new coaching staff led by Klint Kubiak will have to find ways to maximize their players to help the team reach a winning record in 2026. Many young coaches have achieved these results recently, and Kubiak could be next on the list.
