NVIDIA Corp. NVDA stock rose about 1% in Tuesday’s premarket session as investors returned to large-cap technology stocks. Nasdaq futures climbed 1.30%, while S&P 500 futures gained 0.49%, supporting risk appetite ahead of the opening bell.

NVIDIA Expands Agent Toolkit With Omniverse Libraries

Seapartely, NVIDIA expanded its NVIDIA Agent Toolkit by adding Omniverse libraries that help AI agents prepare 3D content for physical AI simulations.

Announced at SIGGRAPH on Monday, the update adds tools for RTX sensor simulation, GPU-accelerated physics and simulation-ready asset validation, with the libraries now available on GitHub.

Software companies including SideFX and PTC are integrating the technology into existing 3D workflows, while NVIDIA also released a Blender integration blueprint.

CEO Jensen Huang said physical AI will be developed in simulation first, enabling robots, factories and autonomous systems to be trained before deployment.

Technical Picture Remains Mixed

NVIDIA remains in a long-term uptrend. The stock is trading 6.8% above its 200-day simple moving average of $192.48 and 3.4% above its 100-day SMA of $198.77.

However, the near-term trend remains less certain. Shares sit 2.1% below the 50-day SMA of $209.82, while the 20-day SMA remains below the 50-day SMA, a technical pattern that can signal continued consolidation.

The relative strength index stands at 48.81, indicating neutral momentum. The reading suggests the stock is neither overbought nor oversold and may need a fresh catalyst to break out of its current trading range.

Technical traders are watching resistance near $214, while support is around $199.50.

Earnings And Analyst Outlook

NVIDIA is expected to report quarterly results on Aug. 26, 2026.

Wall Street expects earnings of $2.07 per share, up from $1.04 a year earlier, on revenue of $91.70 billion, compared with $46.74 billion in the prior-year quarter.

The stock carries a consensus Buy rating with an average analyst price forecast of $324.67. Recent analyst actions include KeyBanc raising its price forecast to $330 while maintaining an Overweight rating on July 14. China Renaissance initiated coverage with a Buy rating and a $319 price forecast on June 5, while Needham maintained its Buy rating and $270 price forecast on June 2.
