Joy Behar said diarrhea is the "perfect metaphor" for President Donald Trump's administration.
During the Tuesday, July 21, episode of ABC's daytime talk show The View, Behar and her co-hosts, Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines, Sunny Hostin, and Alyssa Farah Griffin, discussed the ongoing issues in the 80-year-old Commander-in-Chief's administration and his White House address. During his July 16 address, Trump revealed that the White House will soon declassify documents relating to the 2020 election.
In her cutting remarks, Behar claimed the president is "petrified" as he continues to sink the Republican Party. She added that diarrhea is a "perfect metaphor" for the Trump administration because it's "going up and making a mess." This comes as Kelly Clarkson admitted she fears she has the "explosive diarrhea" parasite ravaging the country.

Goldberg noted that the question is, "Do you think he's laying the groundwork to contest the election?" She quickly replied, "Hell yeah!"
That's when Behar jumped in to say, "That speech was not about 2020, that speech was about 2026, and he is petrified that the Democrats are going to take over."

Behar continued, "That's what all the polls are saying anyway, and here's why. We now have lost 17 servicemembers in Iran, and he has nothing - no plan.
"The gas is up to $4 a gallon - some diesel - I've noticed a couple of diesel like almost six." Goldberg added, "California gas is very high."
Behar added, "Now he put a 50 percent tariff on Canada, which is going to increase inflation, and prices are going to go up.
"And the perfect metaphor for his administration, the diarrhea outbreak, the explosive diarrhea is just the perfect metaphor because everything is going up and making a mess."
There was a pause before all of the co-hosts broke out in laughter, and Farah Griffin praised her co-host.
"Thank you for that, Joy," she said. A smiling Behar replied, "You're welcome."
Behar's joke comes as thousands of people across America have been infected with the diarrhea-causing parasite, or Cyclospora, with the outbreak having spread across 34 states. Michigan has been the hardest hit, with New York close behind.
Almost 7,000 cases of cyclosporiasis have been confirmed or are being investigated in the U.S since May 1, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The foodborne illness can cause severe watery diarrhea, fatigue, or loss of appetite, and the Food and Drug Administration said Monday it still believes Taylor Farms is the likely source.
However, the source of the Cyclospora illness outbreak remains unknown. On Sunday, the FDA announced that a previous test identifying the parasite in a sample of lettuce from Taylor Farms de Mexico was not actually contaminated with Cyclospora.
The agency said in a statement it "concluded that the finding does not represent true amplification and should be considered a false positive."
On social media, the FDA clarified that "this false-positive lab sample DOES NOT change the basis for FDA's ongoing outbreak investigation or the overwhelming epidemiological data supporting the current voluntary recall by Taylor Farms."
Meanwhile, in his nearly 30-minute speech last week, Trump claimed that foreign countries, including China, interfered in the 2020 election.
In some cases, he said, the "deep state" had concealed damning information from him and "from you."
"Our elections were left vulnerable to being rigged and stolen, and the trust of the American people was lost," Trump said July 16, though he provided no evidence for his claims.
"China carried out what is believed to be the largest compromise of election data in history, resulting in China's illicit acquisition of 220 million U.S. voter files," he said.
That information includes voters' names, addresses, phone numbers, and political party preferences, which Trump called an "unprecedented election security nightmare."
Trump went on to claim that some of the released documents revealed that "members of the deep state" worked to "actively suppress and downplay information about the extent of China's sinister election meddling," covering it up from Trump and the Americans.
