The Hundred returns this week, with some big changes in store for the new season of the UK’s 100-ball cricket league.
New ownership means the two defending champions have both been renamed, with Oval Invincibles now known as MI London (men’s team), while last year’s women’s winners Northern Superchargers have been rebranded to SunRisers Leeds. Jos Buttler’s Manchester Originals, meanwhile, now go under the name of the Manchester Super Giants, while most of the other sides will be sporting new kit colors and badges for the 2026 campaign.
The new term also introduces a combined men’s and women’s trophy to be awarded to the best-performing side overall, in addition to the individual men’s and women’s titles.
