TAMPA, Fla. – Texas A&M coach Mike Elko and three player representatives for the Aggies – quarterback Marcel Reed, linebacker Daymion Sanford and safety Marcus Ratcliffe – are set to talk with reporters Wednesday at the 2026 SEC Football Media Days. Aggie Yell reporter Carter Karels will cover the event live from the Tampa Marriott Water Street Hotel. To begin their time at the annual event, Elko and his players will hold brief interviews with local reporters at 11 a.m. CDT. Elko will make his appearance on the main stage in the afternoon, beginning at 1:55 p.m. (TV: SEC Network+).

Elko is slated to take part in several other interviews, including appearances with SEC Creative (12:30-12:45 p.m.), SEC Network Social (12:45-12:55 p.m.), SEC Radio (1-1:10 p.m.), SiriusXM (1:10-1:20 p.m.), CBS (1:20-1:35 p.m.), electronic media (1:35-1:50 p.m.), ESPN/SECN 1 (2:30-2:45 p.m.), ESPN/SECN 2 (2:45-3 p.m.), ESPN/SECN 3 (3-3:10 p.m.), Marty & McGee (3:10-3:30 p.m.) and the SEC Network set (3:35-3:50 p.m.).

Reed will appear on electronic media (12:45-12:55 p.m.), ESPN/SECN 1 (12:55-1:10 p.m.), ESPN/SECN 2 (1:10-1:25 p.m.), ESPN/SECN 3 (1:25-1:35 p.m.), CBS (1:35-1:50 p.m.), SiriusXM (1:50-2 p.m.), SEC Radio (2-2:10 p.m.), main media (2:35-2:55 p.m.), SEC Creative (3-3:15 p.m.) and SEC Network Social (3:15-3:25 p.m.).

Ratcliffe is scheduled to go on CBS (12:30-12:45 p.m.), ESPN/SECN 2 (12:45-1 p.m.), ESPN/SECN 3 (1-1:10 p.m.), SEC Radio (1:10-1:20 p.m.), SiriusXM (1:20-1:30 p.m.), SEC Network Social (1:30-1:40 p.m.), SEC Creative (1:40-1:55 p.m.), electronic media (2:20-2:30 p.m.), main media (2:35-2:55 p.m.) and ESPN/SECN 1 (3-3:15 p.m.).

Sanford will appear on SEC Creative (1:25-1:40 p.m.), SEC Network Social (1:40-1:50 p.m.), ESPN/SECN 3 (2-2:10 p.m.), electronic media (2:10-2:20 p.m.), main media (2:35-2:55 p.m.), CBS (3-3:15 p.m.), SiriusXM (3:15-3:25 p.m.), SEC Radio (3:25-3:35 p.m.), ESPN/SECN 1 (3:35-3:50 p.m.) and ESPN/SECN 2 (3:50-4:05 p.m.).

Of the 16 Southeastern Conference teams, eight made their SEC Media Days appearance over the last two days: Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Auburn, Georgia, South Carolina and Vanderbilt. Alabama, Florida and Ole Miss will join A&M as the teams going Wednesday, while Arkansas, LSU, Mississippi State and Texas are set to conclude the event Thursday.
