U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 200 points on Thursday.
Shares of Rollins Inc ROL fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
Rollins reported quarterly earnings of 32 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 34 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.079 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.092 billion.
Rollins shares dipped 15.5% to $36.75 in pre-market trading.

- TaskUs, Inc. TASK declined 5.9% to $5.51 in pre-market trading. TaskUs said it will announce second-quarter financial results on Aug. 5.
- Tesla Inc TSLA shares dipped 5.6% to $353.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed second-quarter financial results.
- Texas Instruments Inc TXN fell 5.4% to $278.41 in pre-market trading following second-quarter results.
- Alphabet Inc GOOGL shares declined 3.5% to $330.08 in pre-market trading. Alphabet reported better-than-expected sales results for the second quarter after the market close on Wednesday.
