Earlier this month, Dalton Wasserman and Max Chadwick published their list of the top 32 NFL wide receivers on Pro Football Focus, and two Denver Broncos players made the cut.
New arrival Jaylen Waddle came in at No. 15 and veteran Courtland Sutton is ranked No. 25.
"Despite inconsistent quarterback play from Tua Tagovailoa, Waddle earned a 90.6 career PFF receiving grade with the Dolphins," Wasserman and Chadwick wrote for PFF. As for Sutton, they noted that "[s]ince the start of the 2023 season, Sutton ranks sixth among wide receivers in receiving touchdowns (25) and second in contested catches (49)."
Waddle and Sutton are the only duo from the AFC West to make the list. The only other listed receivers from the division are Ladd McConkey (No. 27) of the Los Angeles Chargers and Rashee Rice (No. 30) of the Kansas City Chiefs.
After Bo Nix threw for 3,931 yards and 25 touchdowns last fall, Waddle and Sutton will aim to help the third-year quarterback take another step forward in 2026.
