rock pal Nikki Sixx spills truth about the real OzMusic legend passed away just weeks after his farewell concert in July 2025, leaving behind a legacy as one of the most recognizable and influential figures in the music industry.
The "Prince of Darkness," whose real name was John Michael Osbourne, was celebrated for his distinctive rock sound and electrifying live performances. His passing, the result of a cardiac arrest, devastated fans worldwide as he was widely regarded as a national treasure in the music world. He was equally beloved for his countless memorable moments on his reality show, The Osbournes, which starred his wife Sharon, daughter Kelly and son Jack.

Ozzy's battle with the TV
Perhaps one of the funniest moments of the entire series came shortly after Ozzy and his family relocated to a new mansion and were busy getting settled in, reports the Express.
Ozzy was spotted in the living room, attempting to figure out the TV and its complicated remote control. "What the f--- am I doing?" he asked as he randomly pressed buttons.
"I'm stuck on the weather channel," he admitted, before a mysterious beeping suddenly erupted from somewhere behind him. "What the f--- is that?" he asked with confusion.
The remote was designed to operate all of the technology throughout the house, yet the family had not been provided with any written instructions on how to use it. Ozzy grew increasingly frustrated as he jabbed at the remote and yelled to his son: "Jack! Can you get this f---ing TV to work!"
Ozzy complains about the dogs
The series captured numerous instances of Ozzy venting his frustrations about the family pets, as the dogs frequently relieved themselves on expensive carpets and furnishings.
"It's like Doctor Dolittle's f---ing house here," he once remarked. In a memorable scene, he erupted in anger when one of the dogs urinated on an antique rug, bellowing: "Who's p---ing? Who's p---ing over my f---ing carpet?"
He kept raging at the offending dog while Sharon started cleaning up the accident. "Why do they do it, Sharon? What's the deal, man?" he yelled.
Ozzy then launched into another tirade when Sharon grabbed one of his towels to mop up the mess instead of using her own.
Ozzy's neighbor fallout
One of the series' most memorable storylines involved a dispute featured in the episode 'Won't You Be My Neighbor?', which spiraled into an all-out neighborhood conflict.
The Osbournes were incensed with their neighbors for throwing noisy garden parties that lasted throughout the night, with singing continuing into the early morning hours. After attempting to address the issue directly without success, Jack and Sharon responded by blasting death metal music to overpower the noise, while Sharon hurled food into their yard.
Ozzy then decided to take direct action by hurling a wooden log through their window.
Ozzy's fishing trip
One of the most heartwarming scenes from the show occurred when Ozzy successfully took his son Jack on a fishing trip after attempting to do so for 17 years.
He said, "It's taken me 17 years, that's as old as my son is, to finally go fishing with my son, like every father should do once in his life. Every time I have attempted it before in the past, their mates are coming and we have had to turn around and go back."
"If you keep on persevering, you will eventually get what you want," he added.
He was then captured assisting Jack in reeling in a catch, as they noticed a seal swimming nearby.
