YouTuber/entrepreneur/philanthropist MrBeast is officially off the market. The 28-year-old billionaire confirmed his recent marriage to gaming streamer Thea Booysen on Tuesday.
Beast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, and Booysen met in 2022 and were engaged on Christmas Day 2024. Since then, they largely kept their wedding plans private, but on July 11, Donaldson hinted that something was about to take place.
“No upload today, may or may not be getting married and a little occupied," he wrote on social media.
Now, we have the first photographic evidence of those nuptials.
The new Mr. and MrsBeast
In a picture shared on Instagram, Donaldson and his wife are seen decked out in their formal attire and smiling in front of a tropical background.
"I found MrsBeast ❤️❤️❤️and it was the best day of my life ❤️❤️❤️," Donaldson captioned the post.
He also shared an additional photo of the couple from their ceremony on X/Twitter. Looks like this is right after they officially tied the knot.
Like most weddings, there's a lot of white and flowers.
PEOPLE shares additional details
According to a report from PEOPLE on Tuesday, Donaldson and Booysen were married in an "intimate" ceremony on Richard Branson’s Necker Island on July 14, making today their official one-week anniversary.
Seventy friends and family members reportedly were in attendance.
"After several days of wedding guests mingling and enjoying island activities including kitesurfing and snorkeling (and feeding the lemurs and flamingos that live on the island!), the couple exchanged vows in a ceremony officiated by an ordained minister, who was a family friend," PEOPLE wrote.
Donaldson and Booysen's first dance was to Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ “Die With a Smile.” After the reception ended, the after party apparently consisted of mostly "nerdy" activities like cards and board games.
