A man is dead after a roll-over car crash in Bonney Lake.
Deputy Carly Cappetto, spokesperson for the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, told The News Tribune Wednesday morning that the man struck an unoccupied vehicle parked on 166th Avenue East at around 7:55 a.m. The man’s car then rolled and crashed onto a house’s front yard. Cappetto confirmed that the car did not make contact with the house.
First responders estimated that the man was in his 40s. Cappetto said that preliminary investigation did not show any alcohol in the car. The cause of the incident is still unknown.
The investigation is ongoing.
