Liquidia Corp. (LQDA) rose 8% after a judge in a long-standing patent dispute with United Therapeutics (UTHR) criticized the company's lawyers in a legal filing. United Therapeutics ticked lower by 1.2%.

Plaintiff United Therapeutics (UTHR) "does not explain how changing about ten keystrokes in an 8,500-word original while representing the original is unchanged is anything other than deceptive and, as Defendant states in its reply brief, 'backdated.'" Liquidia (LQDA) has a short interest of 15%. United Therapeutics is set to report Q2 results on Aug. 5.
