Revuelto Impavido
Automobili Lamborghini just announced the Revuelto Impavido, a Japan-exclusive special edition model. There will only be 25 units in relation to the 25th anniversary. These cars pay tribute to the enduring relationship between Lamborghini and Japan through a bespoke design treatment inspired by the spirit of Bushido: the Japanese code of honor highlighted by courage, discipline, and unwavering determination.
The name Impavido comes from the Italian word that means fearless and courageous. Together with the Bushido inspiration, it alludes to Lamborghini's relentless pursuit of innovation, performance and excellence.
Impavido by Ad Personam
This special edition model is built by Lamborghini's bespoke arm Ad Personam, which created an exclusive livery that draws inspiration from key elements of samurai armor blended with the brand's own design language. Sharp sculpted lines on the doors of the Revuelto exude a Katana strike, while the golden accents found around the body recall the odoshi, the silk cords binding samurai armor plates. Its front fascia has a symbolic representation of maedate, which is the crest found on a samurai's helmet. On the roof, there are decorative elements that reference the kozane, the lacquered plates of samurai armor.
The Lamborghini Revuelto Impavido will be offered in four exclusive trim configurations. There are two shiny editions: Verde Campus, inspired by Hisui Jade, and Grigio Artis Lucido, inspired by the Katana sword. Next up are the matte versions, headlined by Grigio Crater Matt, taking cues from black and grey samurai armor, and Rosso Pyra, which is associated with Sanada Red, a color that symbolizes bravery, strength, and discipline.
Lastly, the interior will feature a combination of Nero Ade leather and Corsa Tex with Bronzo Oreadi, each with bespoke seats and roof embroidery, door patterns, a samurai logo, and a special 1-of-25 carbon-fiber plate.
