How much do Texas football tickets cost in 2026? Here's what fans will pay

Fans can still find two Longhorns games with listed ticket prices below $100.

Texas football will play its first game Sept. 5 against Texas State, and with the season around the corner, it might be time to start saving for tickets.

Over the 12-game regular season, the Longhorns have four road games, seven home games and one neutral-site game: the Red River Rivalry at the Cotton Bowl against Oklahoma. Based on the lowest-priced ticket listed on Vivid Seats as of Tuesday afternoon, the average price for a Texas football game is $261.16. 

The most expensive games are Texas' home game against Ohio State ($562) and the season finale in College Station against Texas A&M ($525). The cheapest Texas game is the Longhorns' Week 3 game against UTSA ($93).
