Who Still Flies The Boeing 707?

NATO’s E-3A Component, based in Geilenkirchen, Germany, maintains a fleet of 14 AWACS jets powered by PW JT3D engines. Each is slated for retirement in 2031, but NATO is currently exploring replacements. The French Air and Space Force operates three E-3F variants, all of which are powered by the quieter, more efficient CFM56 engines. These aircraft entered service in 1991–1992 and continue to fly regular missions for France and allied operations. The Final Commercial Flight And Civil Retirement

The Boeing 707's final commercial passenger flight was flown by Saha Airlines, an Iranian carrier owned by the military. In 2013, the last 707 flight marked the end of its scheduled civil operations. These aircraft were employed mainly in both civil and military service in Iran and continued to serve on domestic routes long after being phased out elsewhere.
