As Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo's divorce is finalized less than two months after the "Son of a Sinner" singer quietly filed a petition in court, some details about their agreement have become public.
Jelly Roll, 41, whose real name is Jason DeFord, and the podcaster (real name Alisa DeFord) will split their assets as they go their separate ways after nearly 10 years of marriage, according to a marital dissolution agreement filed in Tennessee July 17 and obtained by USA TODAY.
The two worked out how to divide their property previously in a separate confidential settlement agreement, which details provisions for dividing the following: furniture, vehicles, aircraft, financial accounts, intellectual property rights, business interests and trusts.

And in lieu of alimony, Jelly Roll will instead pay his ex-wife a lump sum, though the amount remains confidential.
Per the court filing, Bunnie and Jelly Roll have "agreed to a certain confidentiality and non-disparagement agreements pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement."
USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Jelly Roll and Bunnie for comment. TMZ was first to report on the divorce being finalized.
Amid the divorce, the exes have publicly expressed they remain on good terms.
Bunnie and Jelly Roll separated on May 9, according to a May 18 divorce complaint filed by the Grammy-winning singer. Their divorce, which cited "irreconcilable differences," was finalized by a judge on July 17. The two were married in Las Vegas on Aug. 30, 2016.
Bunnie said in the June 18 episode of her "Dumb Blonde" podcast that she and her ex-husband still want to expand their family through in vitro fertilization.
"We have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered," she said. "We're going to co-parent together. J is my best friend. Like, this isn't what you guys think this is. Nobody cheated on the other person. It's literally just we served our purpose for each other."
"He wants the same thing. We're just going to raise a little nugget as one happy family," she added.
Bunnie expressed gratitude for where they stand following their divorce, saying, "Being happy and healthy and best friends through this is probably the biggest gift that we could have given each other."
Jelly Roll has two children, 18-year-old Bailee Ann and 9-year-old Noah Buddy, from previous relationships.
Bunnie indicated in a July 3 Instagram story that she might enroll at Arizona State University, where received an admission acceptance letter.
