Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira welcomed their second child together, a daughter named Myla, the couple announced Tuesday on Instagram. The arrival marks the eighth child for the 57-year-old Grammy-winning singer, Page Six reports.
The couple shared intimate photos of the newborn with their social media followers.
“What a huge blessing to share with you the arrival of our precious MYLA,” they wrote in the joint post. “You can’t imagine the happiness we feel at home.”
Myla joins her older brother Marco, who was born in June 2023. Anthony and the 27-year-old model announced the pregnancy in January during their third wedding anniversary, calling it a “great gift.” Ferreira later revealed in March that she was expecting a girl, posting a photo with pink shoes and describing the pregnancy as “a surprise full of love.”
The couple married in Miami in January 2023, approximately eight months after their engagement, according to Page Six. This is Ferreira’s first marriage, while Anthony has been married three times previously.
Anthony’s eldest child, daughter Arianna, was born in 1994 to then-girlfriend Debbie Rosado. He and Rosado also adopted a son named Chase. His marriage to Dayanara Torres from 2000 to 2004 produced two sons: Cristian, 25, and Ryan, 22.
The singer shares 18-year-old twins Maximilian and Oskar with former wife Jennifer Lopez. Oskar previously went by the name Emme. Anthony drew attention earlier this year for missing the twins’ high school graduation ceremony. Lopez later commented on the “Smartless” podcast that she raised her children with “very little help.”
Anthony was also married to model Shannon De Lima from 2014 to 2017, though they did not have children together.
