- Frequency Electronics (FEIM) announced on Thursday that it received multiple contracts with a combined value of approximately $18M.
- The $18M contracts include an $11M award from a major aerospace prime contractor to supply precision frequency-generation systems for a proliferated satellite program.
- It also includes another $7M in follow-on production contracts for space oscillators and non-space U.S. government programs.
- CEO Tom McClelland said the $11M award is FEI's first contract with this customer and its second significant proliferated satellite contract in 2026, with the company expecting more wins in this market.
- The company also said the follow-on production contracts should support higher-than-average corporate gross margins, helping drive higher production, revenue, and gross margin expansion over the next three years.
