Layoffs are hitting ESPN this week.
NFL analyst Ryan Clark and longtime MLB announcer Karl Ravech are among the big names being let go by the company. Clark had been with ESPN for about a decade, while Ravech had worked for ESPN for 33 years. More layoffs are expected to be made public as the day goes on.
As ESPN is laying off several employees, the salaries of the two biggest names at the network - Stephen A. Smith and Pat McAfee - are coming to light.
Smith is reportedly earning roughly $20 million per year, while McAfee is being paid $60 million per year.
While Smith and McAfee are certainly among the biggest draws at ESPN, fans can't help but cringe at the fact that they are making so much money, while some of their longtime coworkers are being laid off.
Fans are taking to social media to complain about the highly-paid salaries of Smith and McAfee on Tuesday.

"The barstoolification of ESPN should be looked at 100 years from now in shame," one fan wrote.
"This is ridiculous. This guy has zero takes. Him and Stephen A. All they do is scream. No authenticity. No originality," one fan added.
"ESPN paying $60M per for Pat McAfee is crazy. That’s THREE TIMES what they pay Stephen A. Insane," one fan added.
"He collected Ryan Clark’s salary like an Infinity Stone. Cold game," one fan added.
"ESPN the worst talent evaluators of all time," one fan added.
Ultimately, it's not Smith and McAfee's fault that some of their coworkers are being let go, but you can't blame the fans for noticing their salaries today.
