Erling Haaland celebrated turning 26 in style on Tuesday as he showed off his huge birthday feast while holidaying after the World Cup.
The Manchester City star played a key role for Norway at this summer's tournament in the United States, Canada and Mexico, steering his country to their best ever World Cup finish before suffering defeat against England in the quarter-finals.
Haaland, aware that the new Premier League season is only a few weeks away, has opted to take a much-needed holiday after the World Cup, enjoying a relaxing getaway on the waves with his girlfriend Isabel Haugseng Johansen in Sardinia.
Reposting a picture shared to Isabel's Instagram on Tuesday, the birthday boy showed off the incredible feast he was about to tuck into as he celebrated turning 26.
Showing views of the ocean's waves in the background, the photo displayed a table boasting huge portions of barbecued meat on the bone, a mountain of sausages, pancakes, eggs, bagels, fruit and a tower of various cakes and pastries.
He then later posted an image of him relaxing on the waves while wearing a Viking helmet, posting on X: '26 years. Nice.'
Haaland is renowned for having one of the most extreme diets in the Premier League, averaging a remarkable 6,000 calories per day to keep up his monstrous physique.
Cow hearts and livers can often be found on the City star's menu, as referenced in Haaland: The Big Decision - the documentary made around his £51m move to the Etihad in 2022.
'You other people don't eat this (heart and liver), but I am concerned with taking care of my body,' Haaland explained in the documentary. 'I think eating quality food that is as local as possible is the most important.
'Or the local cow eating grass right over there? I eat the heart and the liver.'
Regular items on his shopping list - as shown on his access-all-areas YouTube channel - also include gigantic barbecue steaks, raw honey, and milk, lots of milk. Haaland loves the stuff, especially raw milk, and he once described it as his 'magic potion'.
The Norwegian loves pairing his milk with a breakfast of eggs on sourdough and a cup of coffee with maple syrup at his six-bedroom mansion in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, which he shares with Isabel.
During the video, Haaland also showcased his love for fish. He ate a lunch of sea bass, asparagus, and egg fried rice before joining his team-mates on the pitch at the Etihad campus.
The upcoming 2026-27 season will mark Haaland's first season at the Etihad without Pep Guardiola, who decided to call time on his glittering Manchester City career at the end of last campaign.
Guardiola's former assistant Enzo Maresca, who parted ways with Chelsea in January, has taken over at the Etihad and will undoubtedly lean on Haaland's prowess in front of goal as he bids to win City a ninth Premier League title.
Since arriving in Manchester, Haaland has scored a staggering 162 goals in 198 games across all competitions, winning two Premier League titles, a Champions League, two FA Cups and a League Cup during that time.
