Donald Trump sparked health concerns thanks to a video shared by his assistant, Margo Martin.
The communications advisor, 30, took to X on Tuesday, July 21, to share a series of clips from Trump's White House meeting with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun. During the meeting, the pair discussed the ongoing war in Iran, which has continued to escalate in recent months.
Trump vowed to help Lebanon "a lot" as he admitted he has little interest in holding talks with Iran’s leaders to try and end the war. Trump has previously insisted achieving peace in the Middle East will be "easy" as he claimed to have already ended 10 wars.

In Martin's video, Trump also tried to make a joke about his level of attractiveness. During a press briefing in the Oval Office, one reporter asked Aoun, "How do you strike President Trump?"
The 80-year-old Republican answered on behalf of his guest as he said, "Well, I'd say he's handsome also. And I think he could become one of the most important leaders in the Middle East actually."
Trump added, "We knew this because they've being doing, trying to do this for decades, right? Decades and decades." Aoun nodded along in the clip.
Trump added, "So, if I made a statement about somebody else, I would out him in the same category." Martin's video ended with reporters speaking over each other, trying to ask another question.
Martin captioned the X video, "“He’s handsome also!” @POTUS," adding a crying laughing emoji. Her followers didn't find the joke funny, however, as many criticized Trump's appearance.
One person made things personal as they fumed, "He’s a liar that protects his friends in Epstein files, and his kids are crypto scammers. He’s fat and out of shape, not handsome by any stretch."
"Looks like he got that suit 2 sizes too small," someone else suggested. Other people admitted to fears about the president's brain health, as one X user said, "Trump is a malignant narcissist with advanced dementia."
Another person questioned, "Did they have to sign an NDA so they wouldn't talk about his frontotemporal dementia?" Despite the comments, the White House has consistently denied claims the president is in poor health.
Dr Sean Barbabella said in May Trump "remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function," citing the results of a health check-up. The memo insisted Trump us "fully fit to carry out all duties" of the presidency.
Despite this, the memo did suggest Trump had "slight lower leg swelling." It also made a note of bruising on the president's hand, which was described as "common" and "consistent with minor soft tissue irritation related to frequent handshaking in the setting of aspirin use for cardiovascular prevention."
