Yastrzemski, 35, is hitting .230 with six homers and 28 RBIs in 85 games for the Braves after signing a two-year, $23 million deal with Atlanta in December. The grandson of Baseball Hall of Famer Carl Yastrzemski is coming off the IL without making any rehab appearances in the minor leagues.

Farmer, 35, is hitting .267 with three RBIs in 12 games and 15 at-bats this season, his first with Atlanta. He missed six weeks with a forearm strain.

The Braves are also set to get former MVP outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. (hamstring) and infielder Ha-Seong Kim (middle finger) back in the near future, with both currently on rehab assignments at Triple-A Gwinnett.
