- Blackstone (BX) is finalizing a group of banks to underwrite a A$4.3B ($3B) loan for the construction of AirTrunk Pty.’s new data center in Australia, Bloomberg News reported.
- The move comes despite growing worries over the massive debt racked up for artificial intelligence infrastructure projects.
- Lenders include Credit Agricole SA, DBS Group Holdings (DBSDF), Deutsche Bank AG (DB), HSBC Holdings (HSBC), ING Bank NV, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), Morgan Stanley (MS) and United Overseas Bank Ltd., the report said.
