Trader Joe’s plans to open a new store in Parsippany in addition to three other New Jersey locations in the works.

A media representative for Trader Joe’s verified the Parsippany opening to NJBIZ but did not provide a specific location or timeline for the launch.

Parsippany Focus reported the store would likely open at the Morris Hills Shopping Center on Route 46, based on a review of planning board documents.

Trader Joe’s has also confirmed a new grocery store in downtown Jersey City at the new mixed-use development at 55 Hudson Street with an estimated opening date in 2027, according to the Jersey City Times.

In addition, Trader Joe’s has locations planned for Montvale and for the Mount Pleasant Plaza in West Orange.

Opening dates for these locations have not been announced.

Trader Joe’s operates more than 630 stores nationwide, including the following 20 stores in New Jersey:
