  • The company said the contracts are expected to lift annual ARR to more than $384M once the projects are deployed.
  • CEO Christopher Miglino said the new deals reflect strong enterprise demand for dedicated AI infrastructure and added the company believes it could sign an additional $2B in contracts this year that may contribute to next year's ARR.
  • Following the announcement, Axe Compute shares rose ~2% to ~$9.72 in premarket trading.
